Ah Jib Gor just reshuffled the cabinet today.
He might know or might no know that, at the same time, he also "reshuffled" the players who will be allowed to eat the cakes (you know what I mean).

Muhyiddin Yassin is axed and he will be VIP no more. Yesterday he was tegur by the Prime Minister's Office for being such a busybody.
Dey, don't take a gun and shoot your own friend lah. If you can't do that, at least don't take a gun.
You see. Now no more power already.
De javu eh? I wonder will there be anyone to shout Reformasi for the poor scapegoat Muhyiddin.

 The new deputy prime minister is the renowned "KL gangster" Ahmad Zahid.
He gets to retain his position as Home Minister, one of the most powerful positions following the cabinet pecking order.

Coincidentally (or expectably), before the press conference held in the Putrajaya this afternoon, Attorney General Abdul Ghani Patail resigned from the post due to health condition.
The post that he was holding and the task he was carrying out will both be taken over by you dunno who this dude is (when I say this, it means that I really dunno who this dude is).
My question is whether the orientation of the special task force that is established to probe the 1MDB scandal be changed, or whether Abdul Ghani has found some thing that rendered he got his ass kicked?

Ah Jib Gor just threw another atomic bomb to our political landscape. Mahathir threw the previous one 17 years ago.

Prior to this, The Edge was suspended for 3 months due to the publication of article which involves the alleged creation of unrest and thus was investigated under s.124 of The Penal Code which states the "activity detrimental to parliamentary democracy."

IGP (yes lah, the big dog in bukit aman) has stated that the whistle blower must come in the proper way in order to be protected under the legislation which is specifically enacted to protect the whistle blower. For those who seek to disclose any confidential (or scandalous) information by publish on or share it to media will not be qualified for the protection...(IGP was interrupted as the Malaysian Bar has stood up and prepare to shout)

hey wait lah you! IGP has not finished his sentence! Listen Listen Listen! We as people of Malaysia, one of the best developing nation among the region, must have the patience to let our Head of the Vanguard of Justice finishes his sentence first before we comment. Sabar lah!!!

(IGP continues)...instead of protection, you will be charged as attempting to create social unrest and destroy the unity of Malaysia by discredit the Government's image (is there any?) and spreading unreliable, malicious information which will confuse the people by leading them to believe that their beloved Government is really cheating their money. (the microphone in front of the Malaysian Bar has been shut and IGP has left just after he finished his last sentence)

You see lah you Malaysian Bar. Sabar lah sikit pun x boleh tahan.
Next time there will be no more press conference. You all just wait and follow the IGP's twitter.

Before we proceed, ask yourself why the police force choose to charge them with s.124?
You need to know that The Edge has never asked for the protection in the first place and never intended to be a whistle blower. Does that mean they should be treated as a criminal for treason or trying to topple the Government?

For those who has been following this news, I've been led to believe (sorry for pretending Dr. King Schultz) that you sure can, without any doubt, link all this news just like a jigsaw puzzle. Easy and steady. The story cannot be clear anymore.
However, in case you are lazy to do so, allow my humble opinion to lead you to the full story of this hot issue.

Our Government of the day, is really cheating people's money by investing the company that will not generate any profit. Instead of making money, they are actually taking all the monies by putting it in the foreign bank account which is so far that our Jurisdiction cannot reach. Hence, legal action will be limited to deal with these shits. To get you a clearer picture, the local bank accounts have been frozen.

There are members of public and also MPs who are trying to discover the truth. Sarawak Report started to disclose more and more shocking news and information, it is further baton-passed to The Edge, which later on submitted all the confidential evidence of the alleged corruption by our Government to the Special task force, police and central bank of Malaysia.

Unfortunately, the press is suspended for 3 months. The CEO and publisher of The Edge has filed a suit in order to lift the suspension that is imposed by the Home Ministry and insist that "there is nothing wrong to uncover the truth". Fortunately we still have a press in Malaysia who really try their best to uphold the truth without fear or favour.

Former DPM has urged the cabinet and Ah Jib Gor to deal the allegation in an open and transparency way, stating that the Government is always accountable to the people, to prevent that the Government's reputation is further destroyed.

Then there you are now. What you've read on the news on social media and online news this afternoon and what you are about to read on tomorrow newspaper is the immediate response by our Government. This kind of attitude really adhere to the Government's Rakyat didahulukan, pencapaian diutamakan. Too bad they only have this attitude when they try to cover up the truth.

Try all the fuck ways to shut everybody up, right? The people who experienced the Ops Lalang cannot help themselves but to think that the Government of the day is trying to reproduce what had happened in 1987. It is such a shame that Ah Jib Gor has repealed the ISA and now the suspension order can be challenged in the court. Most importantly, you can never shut the internet.

At the end of this karangan, our poor former DPM has issued a statement that he "accepted the PM's decision wholeheartedly". Do you believe it? I would suggest that you better screenshot the statement and follow this issue few weeks later. Then you will know that whether our former DPM is a man of his word.

Busted for Unveil the Truth

In Malaysia, we have a very different set of measurement when it comes to criminal law.

The Edge is suspended by the Home Ministry for 3 months and is investigated under s.124 under Penal Code for activity detrimental to parliament democracy.

I can't believe it in my eyes; until I read the news from several trustworthy sources.

In this country, the one who commit crime is allow to roam freely and yet the one to uncover the ugly truth is arrested.

Public Account Committee's member, Tony Pua was barred to travel, while several "anti-government" members of the parliament were also in the list. Reason is not given when asked and the Immigration Officer simply replied:" arahan dari atas."

The government of the day simply ignore the rule of law and abuse its power to the extreme.

The Edge's CEO Ho Kay Tat said that "This is nothing more than a move to shut us down in order to shut us up."

This is a blatant abuse of power, and the ruling party just does not care anymore.

The police force has invoked the wrong act against the wrong party.

Until this step, I do not see there is anything or anyway that we can do to save this rotted government.

All the national mechanisms are together with Barisan Nasional, and there is no more law enforcement unit to uphold its principle to fight the evil.

But I believe in people's power, I am waiting for the signal.

The people will rise, and fight for its principle.

To Act or To Omit

Once Uncle Ben told Peter Parker that "Power comes with Responsibility".
Not many of us have the ability and the luck to become spider man, but certainly we can have powers through many ways, albeit not the unnatural superpower.

In May 2015, Malaysia was approached by many "pendatang" (what we call immigrant from other country, usually the under-developed one) from Myanmar, and most of these pendatangs are the Rohingyas which has been facing the political persecution for decades in their country due to politic and religion.

The ships which carried all this pendatangs were broken, and they run out of supply such as food, clean water, medicine and so on. Despite this emergency situation, none of the countries near the Andaman Sea (to be specific, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia) provides assistance to these poor refugees.

This scene reminds me of a news that in Malaysia, for which state I am not sure, that stray dogs were moved to one of the isolated islands nearby that state. And that's it.
Few weeks later, it was found that most of the dogs were in poor health condition, and it was seen that they were eating each other.

While on social media, it is hard to see that lots of Malaysians have praised our Government that it has done a great job, despite that it has signed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which one of the provisions state that we have the responsibility to take care refugees.

I've been following this news for few week and one day, as I was reading one of the column that the particular journalist has compared this situation with a real incident that happened in Rwanda, which was later on screened as "Hotel Rwanda".

I've just finished the movie. And I am affirmed that I totally agree with the column.

The people of Malaysia has been urging our government to bring reforms in human rights, yet on the other hand, we refuse to help those who are in grave condition where we have undertaken to help.
The reasons of the refusal are mostly based on that we already have too many illegal immigrants in our country which make Malaysia less safe.
If the government decided to help them then this will be the last straw breaks the camel's back.

To certain extent, I understand this worry as our public safety has been deteriorating for the past decades.
However, I refuse to believe that most of the Malaysians are hard hearted to leave this innocent peoples die, where we could certainly provide assistance to prevent further tragedy happened.

In difficult times, we have to make a choice.
It is up to us to make that choice, whether to act or omit.

History always shows the best lesson, just that we didn't learn.
We've never though that one fine day, we were the one who is on that broken ship.
It will be too late for us to act at that moment.

The Most Amazing Invention

I was told that the most amazing invention in the history of homo sapiens is the "Undo" key, which is located on our daily-used computer's keyboard. I thought it was the most nonsense thing I've ever heard in my life.

Then I found out that I am wrong.

When the time goes by, I really wish that I could use the "Undo" to fix all the things right.

But I can't. That's why my life is full of regret.

How I wish that somebody could invent the time machines in some other days, so that we can live a perfect life without mistake.

But someone says without mistake means you won't grow up. Homo sapiens makes mistake, then adjust accordingly to prevent the mistake.

If that is the case, I opt for not growing up forever.

-The Guardians Who Wilfully Shutting One's Eyes-

The recent outbreak at Low Yat Plaza certainly reminds people that the very ill problem that has been existing in the Royal Malaysia Police Force for decades.

The sparks went beyond control when a group of uncivilised gangsters who smashed a mobile phone shop located in Low Yat Plaza on Saturday, due to being alleged that the said retailer sold the AP mobile phone to one of the gangsters. However, the allegation is rubbished and rebutted when the retailer disclosed the CCTV footage, which shows that the gangster is caught red-handed while attempting to steal a mobile phone from the said shop. Although the truth is clear cut, you will always see the plot being twisted.

The story that continues is now known by every people in Malaysia - the gangsters went back and smashed the shop, brutally hit the salesmen there in order to "express" their dissatisfaction. The saga further continues that the Low Yat Plaza is surrounded by the crowds at night on that day, where all of them were in high morale. At that point of time, not many policemen were deployed and only few Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) polices were spotted.

The incident turned nasty when it ended up several public members - such as reporters from the press are beaten up on Sunday. The said Plaza was force to shorten their business hour in order to avoid any unforeseeable (maybe planned) situation.

If you have been following this news, you might now get what I am trying to say without pointing to the obvious. Some of you might even were in the similar scenario - but you were treated differently. You might have been beaten by the FRU members with baton and shield, water canon with chemicals were sprayed on you, and you might have tasted the tear gas that almost got you suffocated.

All people of Malaysia are governed by the same legislation regarding to the assembly and demonstration, as one of the laws is the highly criticised Public Assembly Act 2012.

You would hear the same old stories when the head of our police force in Malaysia who tells you again and again that our current law is not enough to deal with all criminal situation or emergency incident. I highly doubt that.

Too bad that we have an IGP who always tweets any statement - instead of holding a formal press conference which supposed to be supported by reliable statistic, expert opinion or public comments.

I am nobody, yet I am a Malaysian who refuses to tolerate any more selective enforcement, as I have shut my eyes for too many things that are not supposed to happen in this nation. If I were charged under Sedition Act, it would just prove the renowned theory - that when you hit them hard, they will try to shut you down.

If I were really charged, you can see a clearer picture on how the Malaysia Police force treats the people of this nation differently, where the crowds who bring imminent threat to our public safety are ignored and went back home safe and sound, and where the one guy who sit in front of a laptop and type all his frustration out toward our unprofessional police force is treated as exciting the disaffection to the public.

I urge that the reform of Police force Malaysia is to undergo immediately - or else we will see our country run by the villains (or it happened long time ago - and it continues).

童年

今天晚上有pasar malam，于是妈妈(亲生)叫我去买米煎糕给她吃
想起以前小时候，我的另一个妈妈—我的大姨，总会在每个星期五带我去我们家后面的pasar malam买晚餐
所以那个时候的我，总是特别期待每一个星期五

那个时候的我住在古来
由于爸爸妈妈(亲生)在新山工作，于是我在幼稚园的时候就已经和大姨一家人住了
大姨和姨丈有两个子女，也就是我的表哥和表姐
对我来说他们就是我的家人，所以称呼上也是爸爸妈妈姐姐哥哥，关系也很好
除了每个周末我的父母会从新山过来古来过一夜，我会比较嚣张一些
平时我都还是很好相处的哈哈

记得那个时候，我和妈妈(大姨，下同)一定会去买的东西就有鸡蛋，菜头粿
米煎糕(我是到了新山才知道这个东西叫Mi Jiang Kueh，在古来我都是叫它Jian Nong Bao)
马来人的炒面，还有老吴的卖菜档
当然还有在那个年代开始流行的VCD
每个星期五都会去看一看有没有喜欢的卡通
(证明我们的警察从1998年开始就没有抓盗版)

依稀记得那个时候的物价真的很低
一包菜头粿才五毛钱
现在的菜头粿已经是四块钱了
物价飞涨啊。。

买了很多好料之后，我和妈妈就会穿过那条小巷
然后大快朵颐的吃着好料
享受一个没有压力的傍晚

妈妈在我五年级的时候因为患癌过世了
之后我的父母搬来了古来，于是我就回去和我父母住
从此之后，妈妈的家就不再热闹

我记得很清楚，在妈妈过世的不久
我就梦见了她
在梦里她推着一台脚踏车，走过我们每次走的那条小巷

谨以此文章献给为家庭无私奉献的大姨。

在家里闭关修炼
已经没有选择
不成功便成仁
